Understand the difference between GST inclusive and GST exclusive pricing.

GST Exclusive
When GST is not included in the displayed price. GST is added on top of the base price during billing.
GST Inclusive
When GST is already included in the displayed price. The customer pays the displayed amount.
How to Calculate
GST Exclusive: Final = Base x (1 + GST Rate/100)
GST Inclusive: Base = Final x 100 / (100 + GST Rate)
Example
Base price: 1000, GST: 18%
Exclusive: 1000 + 180 = 1180
Inclusive: 1180 -> Base = 1180 x 100/118 = 1000
